 Could not install the tool so I switched to Recuva. I got stuck on the welcome screen and the Next button does not seems to work (nothing happens). I am working with a laptop Dell XPS M1330 with windows Vista.
 i scanned for the lost wmv file and found it but since i couldn't preview it, i was not ready to pay for the software afraid to find out that the retrieved file might not work after all. So i completely lost the file now. None of the previews worked. It says it can be previewed only after recovery...but of course you'll have to pay first.
 It is not helping my problem. My problem is I have accidentally overwrite an important file by another same name file. And I can't search back the file.

 I tried to use this utility to undelete pictures from a flash memory card. However, the utility was unable to detect deleted files on the drive. When I deleted files from the drive by using the Windows operating system (OS), however, I could succesfully detect the deleted files. Maybe there's a difference between files deleted by the camera itself or the OS.If someone has some suggestions please let me know.Kind regards,Jeroen Snel
 Opinion. Didn't work and was frustrating.

Did you know that files you have deleted in the past can still be seen or viewed, windows does not remove deleted files, it keeps them on a hidden area on your PC and easily be seen and viewed. undelete file and undelete data will recover and shred your deleted files quickly ans easily

 After messing around for 4 days trying to recover deleted files from a HDD video camera using other utilities with little success, I downloaded "Undelete Data" and recovered everything in a few mouse clicks.Unbelieveable !!

Undelete does not work. I created a simple Excel File (Microsoft Office Excel 2003).My operating system is Windows XP Home Service Pack 2.After saving it I immediately deleted it and then immediately deleted it from the recycle bin.This was all done on my desktop's drive C.I had your software installed on a removable HD, named F.The program could not detect the file I had just deleted from the C drive.

I could recover deleted emails but not the one I was looking for.
I tried to download however the program would not work on Windows XP pro so it would not install.Seems to depend on which version of Windows is in use..

 The program took overnight to unscramble my 2Gb+ .dbx file. It saved the files in .eml format and most of them saved the .wmv files as code rather than readable files. All files larger than 1kb or so also contained all the descriptions of the email codes. I had about 3500 files, most of which were 1kb and empty.It would have been useful to have a Minimize button in the program so I could get on with other work. Better still, if the program could have just split my .dbx file into two files I could have sorted it all ...

Your product looks very promising. The problem though, is that I can\'t use it until I can get my computer to \"see\" the drive that I have the audio digital recorder plugged into. So I am working on that problem. If I can solve that, I will then try your product.Thank you.

Good day,Thank you for your e-mail. I seem to have a problem recovering data from my sent items file. It is around the 4GB sizes and takes for ever to complete. The progress bar gets to the end and then sits 72 hours now and counting with no changes. Is this normal? The computer and the program has not frozen. Other than the issue above the program is great. hi, its Atanu, I have faces some problem with thinderbird mail client.it might problem with missing some dll files, and it simply does not open, just showing an error messege(sqlite3.dll missing or open in debugging mode in Visual studio).And I can not get my mail, so if u suggest what to do to recover mails. The application helps you to recover mails but you can also look the content up in the actual document (hidden in the programs folder). When, like in my case, there was a powerfailure and part of the document is missing, this application does not help or recover anything extra. All in all a friendly shell over a plain text document.

Well it seems to have half recovered my emails, but when you go to try and see if it actually works then the program wants money off you!!I think it would be a good idea if you could actually have a 5, 10, 20 or even a 30 day trial or even if the program let you recover , say, 10 or even 20 emails to make sure it does what it says on the tin. The way they tease you through the process then cut you high and dry makes you want to scream!! So close yet so far from actually knowing if it works!!!
